CDL_FactPage_HeaderImage_Final

Cave de Lugny is the #1 White Burgundy producer in the world, controlling a third of the production of Southern Burgundy and half the total production of the Mâconnais region.

Founded in 1926, Cave de Lugny is a cooperative of family-owned, wine-growing estates, not a negociant.  The cooperative is made up of over 230 estates, totaling more than 3150 acres of AOC Burgundy Mâconnais.

Nearly 90% of Cave de Lugny’s production is Chardonnay – unoaked and sur-lie aged in the traditional style of Burgundy, leaving a bright, fresh, and complex chardonnay from the home of chardonnay.
